Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Underwear, jock straps, or other intimate items may only be returned if unworn.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Upon our sole discretion, a partial refund may granted for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds & Replacement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email with the status. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take some time before it is officially posted. If you have not received it a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at info@rebellionrugby.org
If a replacement is being offered, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sorry, sale items cannot.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a replacement or gift certificate for the value of your return will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a the placement or refund to them, with a note .

You are responsible for paying shipping costs. Except for defective items, shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that your item will be received.
